This IPDS programme forms part of our Projects & MEAL cluster. It is designed for project managers, programme officers, and monitoring and evaluation practitioners. Delivery is practical and applied, and can be adapted for English or Kiswahili audiences.

Method

IPDS learning is active, applied and assessed. Programmes may use needs assessment, case studies, demonstrations, simulations, group problem-solving, workplace assignments and follow-up coaching.

Duration and mode

Typically delivered as a short course of one to five days, in-person, virtual or blended. Certificate pathways and in-house programmes are available.

Assessment and recognition

Assessment may include pre- and post-assessment, participation, a workplace assignment or a competency demonstration. Participants receive a certificate of completion; IPDS does not imply accredited certification without formal approval.
