IPDS to develop GLP monitoring tools and communication strategy for the Zanzibar Environmental Management Authority
In 2026, IPDS was accepted to undertake two consultancy assignments for the Zanzibar Environmental Management Authority (ZEMA): development of GLP monitoring tools and development of the GLP communication strategy.
The work expands IPDS's experience in environmental governance, systematic monitoring, strategic communication, stakeholder engagement and the management use of results. It reflects the integrated way IPDS connects diagnosis, learning, system design, implementation support and measurement within a single pathway.
IPDS supports organisations to diagnose performance gaps, develop relevant capability, design practical systems, implement change and measure results. Assignments are governed by an agreed scope, review points and clear acceptance criteria.
